One of Scotland's top sports clubs, located in the Southside of Glasgow. In June 2024, the club opened its Padel Tennis Centre with 2 covered outdoor padel courts, open to both members and non-members. The club is the only Southside club to have both indoor and outdoor tennis courts (4 indoor, 7 outdoor), plus 5 squash courts, modern gym and fitness areas, and pickleball. Booking is via ClubSpark with members able to book 2 weeks in advance and non-members 1 week in advance. Equipment hire available (rackets and balls bookable online, collected from reception or bar). Padel coaching from Gary McIntyre offering 1-2-1 sessions (£25/hr) and group coaching (£30/hr). Regular Padel Social sessions on Fridays 5-6pm (£5/session) and Padel Box Leagues. Facilities include a fabulous Coffee Lounge (Cafe Dropshot) and Bar with Sky Sports and BT Sports. Ideally situated off Langside Drive, 5 minutes from Langside train station, 10 minutes from Muirend and Cathcart stations, with ample on-site parking.
